These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and ZG88. Please read them carefully before accessing or using the ZG88 platform. By using this site you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in their entirety.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ZG88 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your registered account.

Access to and use of ZG88 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements — including false date of birth, fictitious address or misrepresented identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
To access the full range of ZG88 services, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and preferred currency.
Each individual person may register and operate only one account on the ZG88 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not share your account details with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified ZG88 of a security breach in advance.
ZG88 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone or any other channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
ZG88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: prior to first withdrawal, upon reaching specified deposit thresholds, following changes to account details, or as part of routine AML compliance procedures. Typical documents required may include a valid CNIC or passport, proof of address and a selfie or liveness check. Documents must be genuine, unaltered and uploaded only through the platform's secure HTTPS verification portal.
ZG88 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the platform.
ZG88 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service failures and circumstances beyond ZG88's reasonable control may affect platform access. ZG88 accepts no liability for losses arising from service interruptions.
All bets placed on ZG88 are subject to the applicable sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. Bets accepted in error — including those arising from manifest technical errors, incorrect pricing, data feed failures or human error — may be voided at ZG88's discretion. Settlement decisions made in good faith by ZG88 are final.
In-play betting markets may be suspended or settled early in response to live events. Odds available at time of bet placement are the odds that apply, subject to the platform's technical acceptance confirmation.
ZG88 accepts deposits via payment methods listed in the platform's active cashier. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as contextual examples of Pakistani payment infrastructure and do not guarantee availability for gambling transactions, nor do they imply that these providers endorse gambling activity. Users must verify supported methods within the cashier at time of use.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your ZG88 account balance promptly upon confirmation, subject to payment provider processing times.
Pakistani users may transact in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where supported by the cashier. Exchange rates applicable to currency conversions are set by ZG88 and may include a margin above inter-bank rates. ZG88 is not liable for currency exchange losses.
ZG88 reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds as part of its AML and responsible gambling obligations. Unverified deposits may be held pending satisfactory documentation. Funds deposited via methods that cannot be verified may be returned to source.
Withdrawals are available to fully verified accounts only. Users who have not completed KYC verification to the standard required by ZG88's compliance team may not initiate withdrawals until verification is complete. Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to security reviews, AML checks and identity confirmation procedures. Processing times are not guaranteed and will vary depending on the selected payment method, the operator's internal queue, your verification status and applicable compliance checks. ZG88 does not guarantee specific processing windows for any payment method.
Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to method availability and provider terms. Where the original deposit method cannot accommodate withdrawals, ZG88 may process the withdrawal via an alternative method following appropriate verification.
Any withdrawal request that triggers an AML flag or falls outside normal account behavioural patterns may be held for additional review. ZG88 will notify you of any such hold and the documentation required to resolve it.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and promotional incentives offered by ZG88 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible game or market restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings. Promotion-specific terms supplement and, where conflicting, take precedence over these general Terms.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus activity become withdrawable. The wagering multiplier applicable to any bonus is stated in the promotion's terms at the time of opt-in. ZG88 recommends reading all bonus terms in full before accepting any promotional offer.
ZG88 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User or group of Users is exploiting bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation. This includes, but is not limited to: coordinated low-risk betting to complete wagering requirements, multi-accounting for bonus collection purposes and exploitation of software errors to generate unintended bonus outcomes.
ZG88 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice where circumstances require it. Active participants in a promotion at the time of modification will be treated equitably at ZG88's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZG88 platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of account balance:
All content on the ZG88 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, text content, graphics, software, data compilations, odds data and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of ZG88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, modify, transmit, distribute or commercially exploit any part of the ZG88 platform without the prior written consent of ZG88. Any unauthorised use may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
Third-party brand names referenced on this platform, including payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast), sports leagues (PSL, ICC) and financial institutions (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Reference to these names does not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZG88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, ZG88's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits ZG88's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
ZG88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, presented a fraud or AML risk, or where account closure is required by regulatory or legal obligation.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ZG88 support through the platform's designated support channel. Closure requests will be processed subject to the completion of any pending bets, satisfaction of outstanding wagering requirements and verification of any pending withdrawal balances. Residual real-money balances will be returned to the User following KYC verification.
Users who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons should use the self-exclusion tools available within the account settings or contact support to request a formal self-exclusion. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, Users may escalate to the formal complaints handling process. ZG88 will provide written reasons for any final decision. Where available under the operator's licence, Users may have the right to refer unresolved disputes to an independent adjudication body as specified in the operator's licence terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction. They are not governed by Pakistani domestic law. Users in Pakistan are reminded that this does not affect their obligations under applicable local legislation.
These Terms are published in English, which is the authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated or localised version, the English version shall prevail.
ZG88 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ZG88 will provide reasonable notice via email, in-platform notification or by posting a prominently displayed update notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
